Hennepin County Board and Regional Railroad Authority

The Regional Railroad Authority is entirely comprised of the Hennepin County Board members, but is considered a separate entity. There is a separate video for the RRA, but it’s considered one meeting/one assignment. Typically, the RRA meets very briefly.
