• Approved variance appeal for a Marshall St property owner looking to build a “cluster development” of three units. The owner has recently entered a MOU with the Park Board, which stipulates that he will be able to live there for the rest of his life, but eventually the park board will acquire the property, in alignment with the 2040 plan.
