Postponed to the July 23 meeting an application by Ava to upgrade from a limited entertainment license to a general entertainment license to allow for a dance floor.
Forwarded without recommendation an appeal submitted by Matt and Angela Moos regarding the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment denying a variance to increase the maximum height for a garage in East Harriet from 13 feet to about 14 feet.
Denied an appeal regarding the decision of the Planning Commission to allow the installation of four light poles on the Minnehaha Academy North Campus Soccer Field, however, the committee added two conditions to the conditional use permit.
Postponed to the July 23 meeting an appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to deny a variance reducing the minimum height for the Chase Bank building in the Transit 20 district from six stories to one story (among other related variances).
