The next item on the agenda is Case 24-041: East Boulevard Historic District 867 East Boulevard Roof Replacement. It sounds like they're keeping all the led glass. The goal here is to do the house exactly the same way the garage is; as pictured.

It certainly sounded like some confusion on the window type, and the presenter/presentation. The commission had trouble following along. The commission recommended closer photos, and this was tabled until additional info is reschedule a hearing. Motion was made, and it was tabled

It's about 3 full size tennis courts side by side in size. Also shown are 3D renderings. This is a 14 day installation. Donna Grigonis from Tremont West spoke and she liked the ambition. She also said if there's a way to put this up for a little longer, she'd be happy!
Nick Ventura @Nick_Ventura11 11/16
The power would be streamed by 2 runs of power, the box is in the middle; The 10 gauge extension cord would on the ground via plastic cabelling passthrough. Questions were raised about random people plugging in something & blasting the area.
Nick Ventura @Nick_Ventura11 12/16
David Boro responded with saying they'd just get law enforcement involved.
Moving onto Case 24-045: Ohio City Historic District The Red Shed – West 32nd Street Renovation. Brad Nosan saidby zoning it to local retail; they're envisioning an all day cafe, with the park there.
